Do not order from their RebeccaMinkoff.com website. They sell products they do not have in stock. Phone number for customer service says it's completely shut down "due to covid" - because you can't answer the phone during a pandemic. And the automated message says fill out contact form on their website and the will get back to you in "48 business hours" (6 days). Ordered on the 3rd, money taken out of acct immediately, received email on the 4th with subj line "Your Order Has Shipped", yet on the 10th Fedex says they have not received the package. This company has many many similar complaints on Facebook, and they have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. Buy elsewhere. Too many other companies will treat you right.
I ordered on Oct 21, 2020 and I only received half of my order. Everytime I log in to track my order the delivery date has been pushed back by a week. It's been 1.5 month and still haven't received my full order. I also emailed customer service but no response at all.... Not even a single acknowledgement!!! I understand it's COVID times... But at least have SOME sort of customer service?! Never buying from them again...I will request a refund through my credit card company if I don't receive my order or a response within a week.

If I could No stars would be selected. I am utterly disappointed that her company is making her look bad! I reached out to her customer service 2-3 weeks ago for a repair inquiry and they did not get to me until today!!! And this was after I sent a direct message to rebecca’s Instagram hoping someone would read it even if it was not her. Low and behold someone finally replies to me but is asking me for my item photos etc. Which I had sent in my original email. I highly recommend to stay away and buy other worthy high end designers. Unacceptable!
I ordered a purse on RebeccaMinkoff.com that was supposed to arrive 5/18/21. I noticed on 5/18/21 that it had not even been shipped yet. I reached out to their customer service and they said that they don't have any more of that purse and that my order is canceled. How it that even legitimate? When you order something, you're reserving a piece of available inventory, no? Also, I had to reach out for them to give me this information so if I hadn't were they just hoping I'd forget? And they'd just get free money from me? I ended up getting a refund but that's because I had to get my bank involved, I don't think they would have given one if I hadn't. I loved their bags but I will never support and purchase from this brand again. And I'll definitely share this experience with friends and family.
Returned my item on Monday, was received on Wednesday. Tried to email customer service and talk to them on social about the holdup, but no they ignored me. They had the audacity to send me a customer service rating email when they never even answered! Wow what a joke.
I disputed the charges on my bank and filed BBB, I hope I get refunded in a timely matter.
They are fast with shipping but when it comes to returns, it is super slow. Disappointing.
Omg! I’m super tired from their “copy/paste” message about my money. I returned bags one month ago and still waiting for my money back... The second problem was with my purchase. I ordered boots and after 2-3 weeks and my messages they answered “not available”. Stay away from this store!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY! they are scamsters. Ad said site wide discount. Actively tried to use the discount advertised and get that discount. Got 1/2 of what was promised and even after explaining to their customer service that I (husband) was trying to buy something for my wife based upon her wish list and my ineptitude. They said there were EXCLUSIONS to the ad??? What does sitewide mean then? Product was OK but service sucked. NO TRUST in this seller! Caveat Emptor!
I ordered a bag a week ago. Never received the shipping info. Never received the bag. They charged me for it. I called and the nu.ber provided is non existing. They do not respond to my emails. What a horrible company. People, don't buy from them.
So, I ordered a bag as soon as it went on sale on their website and they charged my credit card immediately after. It was during one of their sales. So I was regularly checking their website to see if I want to order some other stuff, and I could see that my ordered bag was still available for at least a week after I put my order.
Long story short, 22 days past and my order was still processing and not shipped. At this point I decided to contact the customer service. So emailed them that I’m so excited for MY new bag (yes, it was MY bag because I had already paid for it) and asking when they’re going to ship it. Then received a response the next day stating that the bag is not available anymore and they will issue me a refund!
I don’t understand why they waited more than 3 WEEKS to cancel my order and refund me if the bag was not available? Why they made me wait for so long??? And it was only after my email that they decided to issue me the refund?!!!
Also, usually in similar situations, other brands offer you a discount code as an apology to make the bad experience kinda less hurtful... but nothing. I just received a dry email saying “your item is out of stock... we will issue you a refund... you will see it in you account within a few days”. It was ruuuuudee!
This is the second time something like this happens to me, after shopping from their website and it will be the last time because I will not ever buy anything from their website again.
The customer service line is non existent! It took more than 3 weeks to get one bag and I had to file a claim with FedEx because there were no tracking updates! I wrote a couple of comment on fb and a review on their website and they automatically deleted the comments. The bag looks nothing like in the picture.
So disappointed with the bag I received after waiting more than 3 weeks for it. They sell items that obviously aren’t in stock, send out “shipment notifications” but don’t actually ship it, then blame FedEx for the delay. And don’t bother contacting customer service because they never respond.
About the bag. I bought the MAB hobo crossbody in black. On their website it looks like a nice soft, slouchy faded black suede. It’s nothing like that. What I got was a deep black, thin, stiff, cheap looking suede. The gold hardware was so bright and cheap looking. It felt light, like it was plastic and not even solid metal. I have a gorgeous Darren crossbody from a few years back with thick, supple and soft leather and quality brass hardware. This bag I just bought was nothing like that. The quality of their bags is just garbage now. They’re just banking off the brand name now.
And I’m writing the review here because they’re so good at scrubbing any negative reviews on their site or social media platforms. I’m even blocked from commenting on their Facebook page because I dared to question why they never respond to emails. This is why you only see positive remarks and reviews. If only they focused that energy on their customers and providing quality products like they used to.
My experience was similar to what other users described - they've charged my card and are currently holding my order as "flagged / pending additional information" which happens to be "alternative phone number". Their customer service is a voice mailbox and it took them about a week to send a 1-line response to my e-mails.
My order was meant as a Christmas gift and after reading other reviews it's apparent to me that I'm not going to get it on time. I'm currently trying to cancel it and get a refund.
I don't know if it's my bad luck or it's the Christmas season or the company is going through hard times with COVID. For the price I paid I definitely expected better user experience and better customer service. I wish the company all the best, I hope they can change to the better
